At ZTAR, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please Contact Us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date you received your purchased item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To return your product, please send a return request to vibe@ztar.com.Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. An original purchase order number from ztar.com must also be included. For returns on purchases made outside of ztar.com, please contact the respective seller instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your shipment. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed and refund to be issued. In any case that the refund takes longer than this period, please contact us at vibe@ztar.com
Please kindly note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. When the order is offered free shipping, the original shipping costs will also be deducted when refund, except in cases where we made a shipping error. We will not be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Exceptions and Non-Eligible returns
- Final sale items, discounted items are non-refundable
- Personalised products such as water bottles, cannot be returned unless faulty
- The item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to any error on our part
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Original product packaging is not intact
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please kindly email our support team at vibe@ztar.com with your order details, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect.
Warranty
ZTAR electronic products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the day of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, or neglect, normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns exchange.
